Israel Joffe is back at the gym!
Back at the gym for a bit now … It has me feeling great! Next, as things hopefully wind down with Covid-19, I will get myself back into Brazilian Juijitsu a few times a week and be better than before Covid!
Israel Joffe says Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff
I know Covid has us not going to the gym as much.. Juijitsu also has taken a bit of a backseat. Things will go back to normal one day. Don’t get down on yourself if you haven’t been training. Take it one day at a time and don’t sweat the small stuff.. I have a personal goal to get back my body to how it was before Covid and my goal is to make it happen for by summer!
The Ravens surround Israel Joffe
I saw thousands of ravens as I was leaving my apartment. I don’t know what it means but I’ll have to ask one of my shaman friends. I’m hoping it means something positive LOL…. Otherwise, here is a great video of the sun going below the horizon
