I have to say, I never really thought virtual reality was ready until now. The truth is, I have 20/15 perfect vision. So I am the perfect candidate to review this and I will say it does seem like it’s a bit nearsighted but almost perfect I’ll say that. You are immersed in another world..The game really brings you in…. The boxing games and other games are truly incredible and immersive and I will enjoy this system for years to come… Creed is incredible and it’s pretty awesome to be in the Rocky/Creed universe. The game is a bit short but great. And it’s always cool to train with Sylvester Stallone… It doesn’t replace my Nintendo Switch 😉
Let’s take for example, Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge. I’m a huge Star Wars fan and I really love the immersiveness of the game.
My only problem is there seems to be a glitch where I can’t really go any further and I guess that’s just indicative of the fact that it’s a new system but it’s still a great amazing game and experience.. Another game that I bought is Journey of the Gods… It’s similar to a Zelda game and it’s an incredibly immersive really cool game. I’m really enjoying this system and I think virtual reality is just about there.. almost there.. it’s great.. a different experience.
Now, on to Augmented Reality. A lot of people feel augmented reality is the future. I’m talking about where you have a virtual reality apparatus or any sort of screen and it shows you real life but objects are manipulated and on the screen and interactive. Think Pokemon Go. Well Nintendo decided to finally jump back in the game after the successful Pokemon Go and get Super Mario Kart Home Edition in front of everyone by around Christmas. It’s an incredible experience too. They did a really good job of helping you organize the track in a simple way and build the track in a simple way, the interactiveness with the course is incredible, the music is incredible, it is done amazingly well, my niece and I truly enjoyed it, and we look forward to the future.
